When you have a problem, the first thing you should do is go through the procedure again to make sure that you didn't miss a step or make a mistake on a step.  If this does not solve the problem, go back to the help index page and link to the page that has frequently asked question on the failing area.  Then, if the problem can not be resolved with that information, e-mail support@sjpc.org  or call Technical Support using the phone number in the Club Newsletter.
