Say Hello to iMac!
Think iMac looks like a visitor from the future? You'r right.
It's also the easiest way to whisk you and your family to the

other low-cost computers, its processor humbles the Pentiums
in office PCs four times its price.
Does this sound like heresy to orthodox PC-followers?

StudioJ - Java Tools by RogueWave; Trevor
Misfeldt Enjoy (a hot cup of) Java in StudioJ
Your browser is Java-enabled? Or not? How do you know when a
web page uses Java? Does it make any difference? Have you had
nonfunctional Java pages? Do you develop Java applications?
To answer these and more questions, you are invited to hear
the latest about a set of Java Applications Development tools
by RogueWave:
Are you looking at widgets from one vendor,
and charting tools from another? What are the chances they'll
work with that grid package you picked up last month? It doesn't
have to be so complicated! StudioJ is your one-stop solution:
high-quality, integrated, pure Java components and classes from
Rogue Wave Software and its Stingray division.
Integration Saves Time-and Money!
Downloading a free JavaBean component here
and there is easy to do. But what happens when you actually start
using them in your development project? Do the classes work together
seamlessly? Or will you need to build time into your schedule
to work with them separately, and then spend more time tying
the whole project together at the end? Save yourself the time
and trouble-start out right with StudioJ, the hottest suite of
integrated Java tools on the market! They'll help you add powerful
capabilities to your Java apps and save you loads of time you
might otherwise have spent hand-coding. And with this one-stop,
integrated solution, you'll have all the right tools in one convenient
place.
The Suite That's Complete
StudioJ offers Java developers a complete,
affordable package of integrated components for GUI development,
data analysis, charting, and database access.

IBM PC Update; J.B. Burke
The PC Industry is moving at lightning speed - and IBM is right
there with the best of them. Come to our August meeting
and learn what's new, what's different and what's the latest
in the IBM Employee's Purchase Program (now handled by CompUSA).
We've got Consumer systems (Aptiva and ThinkPad) and we've got
Commercial systems (PC Desktop, ThinkPad and PC Servers) to talk
about. Bring your questions. Our speaker, J. B. Burke,
will answer all he can.
Remember - if a 66MHz 486X with a 400MB drive, 16MB of RAM
and Win3.1 is your idea of a good time, you've been out of the
market just a BIT too long. (Think 400MHz and rising, 3D
Graphics, DVD, 16GB drive and 128MB RAM!!!)
